2. When will my packing video be posted?

Packing videos are arranged based on shipping time, not order number.

Some orders may require extra preparation (such as special requests or specific IP restocks), so the timeline may vary slightly.

Your packing video will usually be completed within 25–30 business days after shipment.

📦 Please kindly note:
Due to our current order volume and scheduled posting on social media, your package may arrive before your packing video is posted online.

3. Need your video sooner?
If you have an urgent reason for receiving your packing video earlier, please feel free to contact our customer support. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, and if possible, we can send your packing video to you privately via WhatsApp before its scheduled social media posting.

4. When will my order be shipped?

Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days.

If your order includes a Packing Video, we'll take a little extra time to carefully film, organize, and prepare your order before shipping. As a result, orders with a packing video typically require an additional 2–5 business days.
