Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Random Selection & No Preference Returns
Because our products are sold in a mystery scoop (blind box) format, each order contains randomly selected items. The styles and combinations are part of the surprise experience — therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply due to personal preference or dislike of the received items.
We always strive to fulfill customer preferences noted at checkout (such as color or style remarks) whenever possible, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with clear photos or videos, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund according to our damage policy.
Return & Refund Process
Refund for Orders Not Yet Shipped
- Buyer Contacts Customer Service Team:
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the refund. We recommend contacting us via email at help@crystaira.com. - Agreement on Refund:
Both parties discuss and agree on the refund details, confirming if the items have been shipped, the refund amount, and whether the original items will still be shipped. - Seller Processes Refund:
The seller initiates the refund process in the system. - Refund Issued:
The refund will be returned to the buyer's account via the original payment method within 7-15 business days.
Special Instructions
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped; Due to the unique nature of mystery scoop, we recommend you double-check the product details before placing your order.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account depends on your issuing bank's processing times, generally 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS. If your card has expired, please contact your card issuer for assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds may have some processing time. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at help@crystaira.com.

No Returns or Exchanges for Preference:
Because of the random nature of these products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal taste, preference, or style differences.
