About Delivery
- Weekday Delivery: Generally, local logistics deliver only on business days (Monday to Friday). To ensure your package is delivered safely and on time, we recommend choosing an address that can receive packages on weekdays. Please keep your phone on as the carrier may contact you for delivery updates.
- Address and Contact Information: Ensure that the delivery address and phone number you provide are correct. If we find missing or unclear information, such as a phone number or address, your order will be held for 5 business days. If the information is not completed within this period, the order will be canceled and refunded.
- Not Received but Delivered: If your order status shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 1 week. Carriers may not accept inquiries about deliveries that occurred more than a week ago.
- Address Change After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your address details when placing your order to ensure accuracy.
- Non-Deliverable Addresses: PO Boxes and Military Addresses: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO). Please provide a physical address for delivery.

- Holiday Delays: Please note that during China's official public holidays, such as the Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (May 1st), and National Day (October 1st), all delivery times may be affected. Our suppliers and logistics operations will be disrupted, which could lead to delays of 3-4 days or even longer. We apologize for any inconvenience during these periods and appreciate your patience.
